As a certified Life Coach and certified coach in Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, I help athletes and individuals maintain their cool and reduce jitters by using a combination of psychological habits combined with life/court experience. My focus is on creating a strong mind-body connection, which leads to success both on and off the court.

I personally struggled with anxiety and depression in 2015 and was able to overcome it through therapy, training in D.B.T., and pickleball. I believe that anxiety is a sign that something needs to change psychologically and I work to provide a supportive environment for growth and healing through psychological coaching.

My sessions, available over the phone, aim to increase self-awareness, develop healthy habits, and enhance enjoyment in life. I offer both individual sessions and an 8-week mental overhaul program.
